Thank you for choosing PlusVector, a service offered by Geng Ventures LLC, doing business as PlusVector (“PlusVector”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Our principal place of business is located in North Carolina, United States. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlusVector website, application, and services (collectively referred to as the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the Services, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use the Services.

2. Description of Service

PlusVector is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered Vector Illustration Engine designed to assist users in creating SVGs and vector illustrations through text prompts. Users can input text prompts either via our user interface or through our API, resulting in the generation of vector SVG files which are downloadable and customizable.

3. Eligibility

The Services are recommended for adult users. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Registration

Registration is required to access and use PlusVector. During the registration process, we collect essential information to maintain your account, along with tracking data such as IP addresses and cookies. User data is securely stored with Auth0.

5. Subscription and Pricing

While browsing on PlusVector is free, to download vectors and generate illustrations, a paid subscription is required. The details of our pricing structure are available on our website.

6. Content Ownership and Licensing

Subscribers of the Pro plan who set their vectors to private retain the rights to their created vectors. In all other cases, PlusVector retains the rights to the generated vectors. There are no restrictions on how users may utilize the generated illustrations.

7. Acceptable Use

PlusVector reserves the right to reject any text prompts that are deemed malicious or Not Safe For Work (NSFW). Misuse or abusive behavior on the platform will result in a ban and termination of your subscription.

8. Third-Party Integrations

PlusVector integrates with various third-party services including, but not limited to, Google Analytics and other APIs essential for core system functionalities. Users are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of these third-party services separately.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

PlusVector disclaims responsibility for the accuracy of generated illustrations as we employ third-party AI systems for concept art generation which is then vectorized. The results are non-deterministic and depend on the model and prompt used.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our Terms and Conditions page. Your continued use of the Services following any modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
